I do not care for the no appointment for oil change or appointment but no guarantee you’ll get service then. I waited, along with another couple, to check in while someone walked in after us and was was helped first. Jarrod was pleasant when I questioned things.

First class experience from the moment we walked in the door. Daniel was very knowledgeable and took care of our every need - no pressure sales pitch - just an honest young man who treated you like family. After our purchase, Rebecca took over and set up my cell phone to synch with the car and went over every setting with me to get my new CRV just the way I wanted it from radio settings to wipers. Can't say enough !!
