I brought my car in for an oil change and routine maintenance at 90,000 miles. However, when I mentioned a slight vibration, Jay Whitehead went the extra mile to explain the problem:a video of both front axles, one of which had a problem. Jay explained what I needed to do in detail. i felt reassured.

I entered a lease with John Hinderer Honda in June 2021. The terms were for 3 years but the 12,000 miles a year was not easy for me to stay within. I went in to see what my options were on getting out of the lease early and left a few hours later with a brand new Civic that I am financing instead of leasing. Brandon did everything he could to help me get exactly what I wanted, which initially was something bigger than a civic, but I changed my mind. He was patient with me through my indecision.
