I brought my car in for an oil change and routine maintenance at 90,000 miles. However, when I mentioned a slight vibration, Jay Whitehead went the extra mile to explain the problem:a video of both front axles, one of which had a problem. Jay explained what I needed to do in detail. i felt reassured.
Came in for oil change, and 4-wheel alignment for my 2015 Pilot.. Mr. Romero had both items completed in short order. Outstanding!
