I was so incredibly happy with the process. I told Abby what I could afford and she picked out the best car for me. I love it so much. It’s perfect for me. Abby didn’t get my heart set on something out of my price range. And when you are stuck at a dealership for a few hours she made it so pleasant. Need to be more professional what you tell them about you needs on your car. Such as the little things. Front end alignment procedures sucks.
Everyone was very kind and helpful to me. They were very informative and made me feel at ease during my first leasing experience. I fully enjoyed my visit.

Customer Service at Hinderer Honda is superb. I was shopping for a 2021 Odyssey Elite. I saw the color I wanted on their website. I communicated first with their chat line - wow this was great as I got some of my questions answered up front - and confirmed they had this vehicle still on their lot.
