I ordered a new splash guard and securing pins from the parts department. When the parts soon came in, the parts department called me as previously agreed and then I drove in and had the dealership service personnel install the parts. It was a rather pleasantly seamless no hassle transaction where I paid for the parts at the customer service representative position upon my exit. All of the parts and service personnel made it quite easy for me to do business with them.
Very quick and knowledgeable. Always the right price and a get a carwash too! Not pushy about new maintenance needed. Much appreciated. Will be back!
Louis was great to work with. Friendly and informative. However not impressed with who performed my oil change and tire rotation. Was told it was a guy named hunter. Ever since my car was in it now leaks oil and my breaks squeak. Very disappointed with the actual service. I now have to bring my car back in to get looked at for these new issues I’ve never had before. Not happy about that.
