great service. My service experience at Hinderer has always been friendly and great. I have confidence in the service department to take care of what needs done rather it is routine service or a problem that needs to be fixed.
Top notch service, no surprise there! Regular Service on vehicle and repair of driver seat cushion. The driver seat repair was covered under warranty. Everything was done in a timely manner and communication with about repairs/service was great.
Came in for an oil change. Had a slow leak in right front tire. Looked at it at no charge, but I do need tires
Quick and efficient Just had an oil change and tire rotation but also top off all fluids and vehicle inspection. Had a rattle in the interior front that I was having trouble pinpointing but Robert Jacobus was able to find it (pair of sunglasses I had been missing was rolling around I think in the glove compartment...simple and stupid) but no more rattle!!
Great service and competent, knowledgeable service staff. Able to get parts in quickly. Good communication between staff and customer. But way too expensive and therefore the four stars rather than five.

Good sales staff, pleasant atmosphere. Average in terms of customer satisfaction. Did not help us with issue on used car that we bought there. No experience yet with their Service dept. Would still recommend even though we were disappointed with their response to our issue with the vehicle.
Very clean, very safe and pleasurable to deal with. Our salesman (Calvin Mann) was the most patient person we have ever dealt with. Greg Strause also went above board by delivering our title to the dealership for us.
