Oil change was free because it was my 5th... couldnt fix the front window sensor because it needed to be ordered... will have it replaced when part comes in... was covered by my warranty.
Service Department: Professional, friendly, well mannered staff, knowledgeable service staff. Car Wash upon completion of service work is a nice touch. One of the Main reasons I purchased another new car at this dealership.
Got the car I wanted at a fair price, but service and COVID19 precautions could’ve been better. I made an appointment online expecting to be helped at the time of arrival. I waited for 15 min for the salesperson to greet us, only for her to say she didn’t know we were coming in. So we waited another 15 min just to see the car. The gas tank was empty so we couldn’t test drive longer than 5 min. great service Found the car on line. Went in took it for a test drive. Said I liked it and would take it. They then washed it and filled the tank They helped with unloading old car into the new car, on my way with in two hours. Great dealership, great personnel. Great follow up.
