Life changing! I was in a rough place and getting a car was the first step to getting out of that place. We went in on a Saturday not expecting to be approved for anything, much less a 2015 Accord! We got the call on Tuesday that they Taylor found us a car. Unfortunately, we didn't have a ride to go get it. So Taylor came and picked us up himself! Great customer service and great deal We got a great deal on a used CR-V. Everyone was so friendly and customer focused. They helped us find the right car for us. The quality of all the cars, new or used is amazing. We will definitely be shopping with them again.
Excellent Service I went in to look at a Jeep I found online, and drove it home within 3 hours. Everyone was great very prompt very nice and a wonderful atmosphere. Ron was great and very down to earth.

Would reccomend in a heartbeat From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff members. my sales woman Tonya was an absolute delight and could tell I was a person who knew what he wanted and she knew how to get me there and the best deal possible. And I do mean the best deal possible as I was called back the next day to be informed that they had found me a better interest rate and monthly payment then we previously agreed upon. 5 stars all the way!!!
We Will be Back! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable across the board. When they helped my son take care of his lease with many extra miles when others told him they couldn't, I knew I had to work with them when my lease ended. With Taylor working until a payment on a purchase wasn't much more than a lease, I actually purchased my first vehicle since the 80's! Having "tech guru" Kristen teach me how everything works was a nice touch. Love my new CR-V!

Wonderful experience I was a little leary at first due to never having a car payment! They made our experience so wonderful! Everyone was so welcoming, like family! They work with everyone no matter what your circumstances are. They want to see you succeed and really enjoy the vehicle you are in. I will never go any where else to buy a car again. Overall great experience! Kara was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Everyone from the customer service representative,to how we were greeted at the door, Kara the sales representative, the fine dept to the service dept acknowledged us and made sure our needs were being met. The employees had great respect and nothing but kind words to say about their employer John Hinderer.
