So happy with my new HRV and my salesman! My experience at John Hinderer Honda was a very good one from start to finish thanks to my wonderful salesman Jordan Baker. Quick and friendly service Knew that we wanted a Pilot, and knew what options were wanted. Salesman was very courteous and did not try to pressure us into purchasing something we did not want. They had a Pilot on the lot with most of the options, and all the options important to us. Gave us a generous trade in allowance, too. Third Honda we have purchased from Henderer, and have been satisfied with sales and service every time.
Great Service and Comfortable Purchasing Process Tayler was very helpful and found the best solution to help my decision to buy a car and keep the payments for the car I wanted, Honda HRV, at an affordable monthly rate. Jason was awesome, pretty good experience Bought a used vehicle from Jason , good nice young man. The process was very time consuming but we got it done. The lounge area was great with ice cream, coffee, sodas and free WiFi. That being said, the finance guy, Miguel was not a treat. Quite a xxxxxx actually. A cocky, know-it-all type which turned out to not know all that he thought he did. I’d still recommend the dealership though..
Great first time car buying experience! Going into this big decision in my life I was nervous at first but meeting the people that helped me with this purchase made it quick and simple.
