Thought I should have had more value on my trade . I may return when looking for another vehicle.
Worked with this dealer to inquire on a low miles Toyota convertible. Greg Grisanti was super helpful and provided answers and pictures of different items I was asking about in a timely and professional manner even though I was shopping from several states away. He gave me several options in regards to delivery of the vehicle as well, providing a pleasant and painless shopping experience.

Greg was a huge help in helping our family find a minivan. We live several hours away and his information, texts, even videos helped us determine that the Odyssey they had was right for us. When we got there it was as he described. Test drive was good and it was even no trouble for him to have it put on a lift so that I could look at the underside of the car. We can’t say enough good things about Greg.

I trust this dealership. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. My only issue is wait times. This evening was very busy. My appointment was for 5:00. I arrived at 4:30. My car was taken right back to express. I waited a little over 2 hours. Oil change, tire rotation and alignment. My service advisor Emily was outstanding! Very personable and professional. She apologized for my long wait, and was genuine. She didn’t make up excuses. You have a real gem in Emily.
As always, it was a quick and thorough process getting car service from the staff at John Hinderer Honda. We had a problem and they were able to get us in early the next day. Great job and thank you!!
