Two Hondas same day We were met almost immediately by Tom since the sales staff were all busy. And drove up my eventual purchase sales could even get free. When Dustin met up with us and let us drive it we both liked him. As we discussed my Accord Cathy also expressed her like for the Civic. In the end we bought both and every employee was great, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend Hinderer to anyone and everyone.
excellent experience the people, especially jordan smith & henry, were fantastic in helping me get what i wanted and did not try to screw me over. henry treated me how he would have wanted to be treated & i appreciated that. he understood me being a first time buyer because he once was.
couldn’t take my eyes off it! From the moment we arrived we were well taken care of. Tom greeted us on the lot and assisted us until Dustin was available, dustin was wonderful in guiding us through the process of purchasing two new cars.
Great Experience Our sales rep John Lee was very personable during the sales process but I was most impressed with his customer service after the fact. A few days after purchasing the vehicle I had an issue with the TPMS system and I was concerned that since it was a used vehicle I would not receive any help from the dealership. However, to my surprise John Lee and the sales manager, Michael Dixon, made sure that the problem was fixed to my satisfaction.

Awesome sales person (Kara), staff and vehicle. No games Just by chance we stopped at hinderer before going to the fast talking super mega dealers in Cbus. Am i glad we did. No games, just good folks wanting to help.find us a great car for a fair price.
Average It was overall a pleasant experience. Jordan was super nice and friendly. We were just there way too long every time and things were not ready. The car was detailed when we picked it up but it looked like they rushed it. Certainly not perfect.
