I have bought four Hondas at this dealership and every experience has been great. The sales people are very knowledgable as are the service people. The owner of the dealership, John Hinderer, is always there and always available to the public. Melissa Keith, the sales person I dealt with this time was the most knowledgable of any of the sales people I have ever dealt with before.
What a refreshing change - normally after a visit to a car dealer to buy a car you want to take a shower - but Melissa @ Hinderer was so personable and not at all salesman like. An excellent experience, she gave me an honest great price right from the get go and was a pleasure to deal with. She delivered my car and took time and trouble to make sure I understood all the ins and outs of my new vehicle. I recommend Melissa and Hinderer Honda - check them out at least - it's a different vibe over there.
My wife and I recently purchased a new Accord from John Hinderer Honda. Our lease was about to end on our previous owned vehicle. We dealt with Melissa Keith as our sales person. I recently purchased a pre-owned honda fron john hinderer. I was in the market for a new or pre-owned car. Melissa Keith was my sales person, and was fantastic. She Listened to my needs in a car, and did a better job communicating w/me than other sales people at any of the other dealerships. When contacting the internet department I was not pleased. They took over a week to get pictures of the automobile I was interested in. I finally received the pictures and liked what I saw. I then went to the dealership and the sales staff made up for the disappointments I had with internet department. I was greeted quickly when I walked in by salesperson Carol Thomas and was on a test drive in approx 20 mins. I purchased a new Hona Element a few years ago and I recently purchased a used Civic here also, I got a better deal on both of them up front than I got at two other dealers after hagling for an hour. I have had all my service work done here and they have always been up front and honest about what I needed on my cars and even took me back in the shop and showed me what they were talking about.The owner even came out and talked to me in the waiting area!
