Overall, it wasn’t too bad of an experience except for when I went to sign the deal. Came in and test drove the car. My biggest let down was all of the required accessories and the “required” service contract on my car. After doing some searching I found out that the vehicle service contract was NOT required and therefore I was lied to. I’ve already called Honda and submitted the paperwork to have the service contract canceled so I can get a refund for the service contract.

Despite the service department being busy, the staff was professional and kind, which I appreciate. I am happy that even after I bought my new car here, I am still treated as a valued customer when I bring my vehicle in for maintenance. Luis helped me during this visit and he was very personable and showed compassion.
