Service department - Best experience ever at a dealer for service! Brought my CR-V in for it's first maintenance. Justin was great at explaining what they would do and ushering me to the waiting area. The room was clean and welcoming. The woman in the customer waiting area was so nice and helpful. Got a cup of latte and an ice cream bar (my favorite). In no time, Justin was back to let me know they were finished. My car was ready and washed! I have bought 3 brand new cars for myself from here and co-signed on a used car for my brother! I take my ‘21 CRV here for all service and will continue to do so! They’re basically a second family !!! The main reason I was there was to have my new key fob re-programmed. I was quoted an amount & how long it would take & that was exactly what it was. No surprises! There were also two recall items & they corrected those while I was there! The lady in the refreshment area was cleaning & trying to feed everyone just like your typical grandmother, lol!
