The whole team was prompt and made it easy to get everything down on time. Many thanks for all who helped push things through and explained in detail answers to my many questions. They were competitive and even matches a lower rate that I had from another lender.

John was very patient with me as I was in the process of obtaining the information he requested. Just when I thought I gave him everything he asked, then he would e-mail me again saying the Underwriter needed more info. I know he was feeling my frustration, but he hung in there with me and was very patient while I gathered all the info. he was requesting.
