John was amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable and promptly answered any questions I had about this entire process. John was readily available at every turn in the process even on the weekends, which is not something I would have requested nor expected. John walked me through the entire process and made it seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend working with John for any of your mortgage needs.

John was amazing. Communicated everything clearly and was always responsive whenever I asked a question. Even if there were some hiccups that were out of our control, he handled everything perfectly and professionally. Highly recommend John for anyone needing any refinancing services.
The only negative from the whole experience was a Discover bill was not checked out totally or was not fully reported by Discover card. The Pay Off check should have been approximately $5,700.00 and the check I received for the Payoff was $365.00. which shorted me on the total that I was receiving in cash of approximately $10,000.00. Granted, I will have the money to pay the total for this oversight, but I feel that the Discover bill should have been checked of the total owed.
John was patient and knowledgeable. He guided us through the whole process with ease and expertise.
