Communication started out well. But seemed to fall apart the more people got involved and it seemed like people were not communicating on their end.

There were time we couldn't get answers and was being asked to submit things to different people after we had already submitted them. It got frustrating at the end especially when I didn't know the day of close I had to wire closing fees. We had to call during the closing to find out why and had a hard time getting through to someone.
