I had a great experience at Gastroenterology & Associates. The lady that checked me was very nice. The nurses and anesthesiologist were professional and sweet. Dr Bienvenu was awesome, he explained everything that he discovered from my upper GI.

Recently had a colonoscopy, he explained the procedure before and the results afterwards. Was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions.
The entire staff was efficient and friendly. Mandrell was so comforting and friendly. Dr. Bienvenu is efficient, explains the process from start to finish and engaged in friendly conversation before the procedure.

Dr. Bienvenu did my colonoscopy at the GIS Endoscopy Center in Shreveport, LA. He is an excellent doctor who is very friendly and personable. He takes the time to talk to his patients and explain things. I recommend him highly.

I've known Dr B since he was a Fellow and back then I had a really scary experience with an anesthesiologist during an upper scope. Dr B was overseeing the procedure (my dr was out of town) and he very much put the anesthesiologist in his place and was so reassuring and made sure I felt comfortable for the procedure. When my doctor phased his practice out years later, I immediately went to Dr B, and I have zero regrets. He's so kind and listens, and his staff is absolutely amazing. Doctor and staff were great during my colonoscopy. From the front desk to the lady that wheeled me to the car were all very professional and kind. Doctor has a good bed side matter also.
