John Owens Services worked with me to get a new furnace installed in time for a warm and cozy Thanksgiving. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. They texted photos of the techs that were arriving. What a thoughtful service for women who live alone and have to navigate home repair solutions on their own. They did a wonderful installation job and left the job site spotless. Thumbs way up!!!

After years of servicing and just nursing our heater/boiler along (thanks John for that too) she finally gave out, and we needed to replace it. They arrived on time, and called before, which I appreciated. They did a good job servicing my tank less water heater and the charge was very reasonable. The guys were very efficient, polite and friendly. I positively recommend John Owens Services.
