My appointment with Dr Leonetti started with a delightful Visit with his nurse Margret. She was very professional, cordial and made me very comfortable. Dr Leonetti examined me, reviewed my MRI and then explained in a clear and easy to understand manner my ear problem, the potential and level of improvement and treatment options to improve my hearing. Doctor Leonetti’s patient demeanor made me comfortable and he thoughtfully answered all my questions.
As a patient as part of the DuPage Medical Group I needed to see what my ENT referred to as a "super specialist". I went to Dr John Leonetti at Loyola Medicine in Maywood as he has the best reputation in the area. (Full disclosure: I have seen Dr. Leonetti in the past but spent more time with him this visit.) I was extremely fortunate to be referred to Dr. Leonetti after I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma tumor in the skull. I am thankful for my doctor's strong recommendation to see Dr. Leonetti! From the check in to consultation to scheduling, everyone was clear, friendly, and just pleasantly normal, if that makes sense.
