Hiis associate Todd was readily available to answer questions along the way and others (underwriter, etc.) were patient with my novice base knowledge throughout the process. They were able to keep everything on schedule to close on my initial closing date. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and an all around pleasure to interact with.

I never met mr russell, but i was in contact with him and it was really a since of comfort. I was then introduce to a number of staff members and they were very very helpful. It was alot of info that was needed, but it all went off without a hitch . great job everyone, really enjoying my house. No more renting lolol.
