Was going every 3 months for labs & review of prescriptions. Dr Hou didn't rush my appts which I appreciated. Dr Hou is probably not aware that since I complained about DMV fee form fee his office mgr decided on her own to change my primary Dr to a Dr I didn't approve or even know until I got my renewal Humana id card. Whoever in that office that decided I shouldn't be seen by Dr Hou after my complaints had no right to choose a Dr for me. I had no issue with Dr Hou. Dr. Hou is caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen carefully during my appointment times. He answers questions clearly.
Professional , caring, knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions. Listens, explains everything. Highly recommend

Dr Hou is well informed and very good at listening to the patient. I always leave his office feeling that I have been well served.
I recommend no one to that office Dr Hou or Julie chen NP. I have been there "several " xs with my Dad . As he complained of, back pain ,weight loss among many other symptoms.. Who was sent for an upper GI results nothing wrong Acid Reflux , so they take out Rx book n write one. Go back again complaing how severe the first complaints were at no further testing offered, we will get you a referral .. E R here we come Dx w/ liver n pancreatic cancer then passes shortly after.Need i say more.
So many people will take the time to complain but few will do the same when someone is deserving of praise. My husband, Bernard and I feel safe in the fact that we am getting the best care when we visit Dr Hou's office. The entire front desk staff are pleasant and courteous and efficient. Checking in and out is so simple and nice. It's wonderful to always be welcomed with a smile. Alissa is wonderful. She is an upbeat, friendly, competent staff member. Dr. Hou is wonderful. He is kind, caring and capable. I feel totally safe and at ease under his care. I would not change him for the world! His staff presents a glowing example of how the office should be run. I feel lucky to be in his & their care.
Made appt for standing usual 3 month checkup. It was also time for renewing drivers license so I left form with front desk. Dr gave me info on previous labs taken, listened to me breathing, talked about my prescriptions. As I was leaving the front desk person asked how do you want to pay for your DMV form Dr Hou signed his name to stating ok to drive. I said what's that fee for since he only checked off 3 boxes, signed doc & stamped his address with date. I said no one told me about this ridiculous fee for a senior citizen o... read more
