He is kind takes his time with you and goes out of his way to preserve failing teeth!! Entire staff treat you like family!
I had an unreasonably long wait. Someone who arrived 20 minutes after me was called back before I was. The hygienist took a long time cleaning my teeth (they weren’t bad, I floss and see dentist regularly)and at times was a little rough. Once Dr Sartorio came in my experience improved. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely go back.
As an established patient, I attempted to make an appointment after breaking a tooth. I was going on vacation and wanted it fixed before I left. Called over a week before leaving. Left message explaining my issue. Four days later, I left another message. Two days later, same thing. I never got a return call. Called again one more time and she was very Unapologetic!
