John is an asset to you company, he is knowledgeable, worked with me and even though there was an issue with the rate lock, he did not flinch at taking responsibility. I found Churchill's management more of a problem in trying to resolve the issue and had to reach out to Dave Ramsey to get matter addressed.. poorly. Kudos to John, not so much for his bosses.
