John made the refinancing process stress free. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and informative. I can not say enough nice things about him, he really looks out for his customers.
John was amazing through the entire home buying process. He kept us in the loop during all the updates and stages of the home buying experience. He was always friendly and responded quickly to all questions and concerns we had. Buying a home, especially for the first time, can be an overwhelming experience, but John made sure to make us comfortable every step of the way.

John Shackleford was great! What was not great was the length of time it took to get the loan processed due to the underwriters. I started this process in August and did not close until November. Because of this I accrued late fees as I was told my loan would close each month so I held my mortgage payment and when it did not, of course late fees were added. This was very frustrating!!!
John is always a pleasure to work with! We have worked with him for two home purchases and now a refinance. He always goes above and beyond our expectations! During our refinance I let him know what we were paying for homeowners insurance. He knew off the jump it was too high and he got it lowered almost 500 a year! Plus saved us on our auto policy as well. We highly recommended John and will continue to use him for anything we need in the future!
