The whole process was filled with loads of unknowns and guessing what would be next and how long what would take and just so much uncertainty. At no point until it was all done and the final CD was delivered did I ever feel like I could relax and actually knew all that was going on. Being my first loan, the jargon alone is overwhelming and if you don't ask about something you won't know to ask about another. John was a good guy and upfront as could be. My issues were more with the process than him
