Came to the store at opening looked around knew what I was looking for. Looking to purchase a swivel accent chair. Tried several of them out and I mean several. Finally found one that is a swivel rocke at a very good price. I waited and waited and the entire time of being in the store not ONE person greeted me or asked if they could help me. Finally a representative came and asked if I needed help and then the rest of the time was very pleasant

I went to John V. Schultz on 5/4/25, and Gary Delio gave us the best service. As a young couple, we’re used to hearing, “Just let me know if you see anything you like,” when we tell salespeople we’re just looking. But not Gary. When we said we were just trying to get prices, he immediately offered to show us around. He took the time to show us every mattress in the showroom—seriously, every one!
