Came to the store at opening looked around knew what I was looking for. Looking to purchase a swivel accent chair. Tried several of them out and I mean several. Finally found one that is a swivel rocke at a very good price. I waited and waited and the entire time of being in the store not ONE person greeted me or asked if they could help me. Finally a representative came and asked if I needed help and then the rest of the time was very pleasant

This was our second time. The furniture is great. Everything was smooth and easy. My only hiccup is the shipping. The price is ridiculous. It should be included with the price of the product, just like big box stores.
