Came to the store at opening looked around knew what I was looking for. Looking to purchase a swivel accent chair. Tried several of them out and I mean several. Finally found one that is a swivel rocke at a very good price. I waited and waited and the entire time of being in the store not ONE person greeted me or asked if they could help me. Finally a representative came and asked if I needed help and then the rest of the time was very pleasant

The salesman, Gary was very helpful and patient. I must have tried out 20 chairs. then I came back a few days later to make sure I still loved the chair. I did.
