We recently worked with John VanOrden to obtain a loan for our first home. John came highly recommended by a friend of mine he had helped in getting a home as well as my realtor. The first time home buying experience was nerve racking at times, but John always made himself available to take my calls and help explain things so that I could understand. I would highly recommend working with John and the rest of the APM staff who helped along the way.
John was fantastic!! He explained everything so thoroughly and made the process seem less overwhelming. He did everything so quickly and efficiently and always reached out to make sure we knew what was going on. Would recommend American Pacific Mortgage over and over!!!
