Shout out to Johnny on the Spot who replaced our two, 20 yr old HVAC systems, just in time as we're heating up for summer. James was our estimator and was very transparent, professional, and he answered all our questions (we tend to ask a lot!) to ensure the new systems would meet our needs. Hector lead the removal and installation team, he was very professional to work with, kept us updated, and answered our additional questions. Great service all around, and we highly recommend them!
Just had our heater serviced by Bryant. Pleased with Bryant arriving on time, his service & wearing booties & a mask while in our home. So far so good with the installation & service of our HVAC system by Johnny on the Spot several years ago.

So far so good! They came out the next day the first time I called them and provided photos of what was going on with the AC combo unit. They provided options. We waited to replace the system as it was the heater that went, and we wanted to get one more summer's worth of use from our 21 year old system and we wanted to see if NV would have a rebate. When the AC went kaput in August, we knew it was time to replace. They came out, free of charge, and finagled the system to get it working while we waited for the new system... read more

We just bought our house and when we changed the air filter, we found two filters and 1 was halfway up the air vent and they looked like carpeting, so much dust!!! We called Johnny on the Spot just to check our system out because of the filters not being changed regularly. They arrived same day (unbelievable) and when they said they would be there.
