I had a Cello with the neck completely off the instrument. The repair was done in a timely manner. I returned the instrument to the classroom rack and the students could not even see where the neck was broken. They thought I made a new purchase, you can not see where the repair was done.

This has been our go to place for each of my children's orchestra needs (two violins and a viola) throughout middle and high school for the past 15 years. When we had to bring in one of our violins to be repaired we were given a loaner with no questions asked. The customer service has always been top notch! I would definitely recommend them for any instrument rental or purchase - 10/10.
