We went to seven different dealerships from Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia. Five Ford, and two Chevy dealerships. I come to the point that I couldn’t find what I wanted with the package I wanted, plus the biggest thing the price I was willing to pay. My husband and I had a great experience at Johnson City Ford. We discovered a fan issue prior to purchasing our 2012 Ford F-150, and they fixed the issue shortly after our purchase. Anthony Valls as well as Joe Harless from the service department were responsive, courteous, and professional.

I took my 2017 F150 in because the rear end was going out. I purchased used elsewhere 2 months ago along with a warranty. $300 deductible on the warranty and I pay for the rental, the warranty reimburses me. I met Joe upon check in. He explained the warranty and told me where Enterprise was located. I went to the waiting room, gathered my papers, phone and tried to find a pen.
