Excellent experience at Johnson City Ford. We were told by other dealerships that we could not trade for the car we wanted. JC Ford made it happen. Any dealership can make you want their vehicle, but it they cannot get it financed for you, there is no point. Johnson City Ford will get financing for you if it is at all possible. Wonderful salesmen: Danny and James. Amazing finance department. Definitely worth the drive to Johnson City Ford!

If you want a buy that’s good for the customer this is the place to go. Michael ran through hoops to make a deal that would work for us and guess what? We bought. After the paperwork was done and we were headed for home, we discovered a small crack in the windshield. (Our purchase was a clean, used ‘18 model.) we go back in 2 days for our new windshield. Thanks guys. You’re the best !!
