We came in to get new tires and were told we needed brakes as well. We hadn't budgeted for brakes, so we declined. Barry, who was working on the car, came to us and asked my husband to look at the brakes, as they were almost gone and he was worried about our safety. Our sales reps name was Jason. He was very knowledgeable and able to work with us and our needs and get us into a vehicle that we love. The experience overall was great. Would definitely recommend Johnson City Nissan to anyone purchasing a vehicle.
