As always, Margo King, took exceptional care of me & my car. I can always count on her. My car was towed in Nov. 17, diagnosed on Nov. 20, repaired on Nov. 21 and I picked it up early Nov. 22. Johnson City Nissan always satisfies!

Joshua Booker met me at the service entrance and logged me in for my service. We had a friendly chat and I went to waiting area. It was nice and clean had a coffee and a Danish for free. Joshua came and got me when my car was ready. We checked out and I left. I really like the service department. The people are super nice.

The truck is just as we expected so no problems there. However, when I went in to co-sign for my son the Monday after (he "bought" it on the weekend), they had changed lenders and the interest was higher than he was told and thus the payment higher. I know why they switched lenders but they gave us no warning. We originally were going through our bank but they said they had a good rate. Now he is paying more than planned.. will be looking to refinance through our bank as originally planned.

Service dept found a separate problem with car than what I had experience. Repair was done within a timely manner. I still do not know what causes the hesitation when stepping on accelerator.
