When I arrived Margo was not there so I met with Jason who was very pleasant and informative. When I was last here Margo told me that they would put my personalized tag on the front of the car for no charge. When I mentioned to Jason about installing the tag on the front he originally said ok but then later came and told me that it required a special holder that that would cost me extra for which I refused at the time. The service was great but there was so many people in the waiting room there was not enough room for everybody to have a seat so it was standing room only
