I had to drop my car of for service . The people where super nice. I had forgotten my phone and the reception girl let me use her private phone. My car was washed and they showed me where my wheel unlock tool was at. Everything was clean and neat.

I have used Tri-Cities Nissan since 2005 to purchase my family vehicles. I also have my servies there. My extended family has also purchased 3 vehicles and again do their services there. I have to be honest when the dealership changed ownership i had concerns. However when i knew Margo stayed on as Johnson City Nissan became the new owners, i felt so much more confidant keeping my Rogue service with Johnson City Nissan.
