I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Mosley, who made my experience by far the best I’ve ever had while buying a vehicle. Adam was friendly, professional and was more like a friend. He went out of his way multiple times to make this happen for me. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family.

RecommendedI would highly recommend Johnson City Toyota. We just bought our Highlander from them and we couldn’t be more satisfied. We enjoyed working with Seth Oaks. He was very informative and by the end of the sale; he was more like a friend instead of someone we had just met. We also enjoyed working with Dylan Ratliff in the finance department. He wasn’t pushy over the warranties and had a wealth of information to share with us. If you are in the market for a new/used vehicle, you should check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

RecommendedSuch a pleasure doing business with this dealership. Mike Friesland was our salesman and he was great. He made the whole process so easy, no pressure and no pushy sales pitch. I have been shopping for a few days and talked to numerous salesman and he definitely was what lead us to travel out of state on Christmas Eve to purchase our Toyota 4Runner from this dealership.
