This is our second time Using Johnson and Sons Flooring. We had them install all new carpet and fix a little bit of a sub floor Issue and it went smoothly and looked beautiful. The process from the very beginning purchasing and selecting was so easy and the salesman was so friendly. Vinny is my go to person when I need carpet! We received excellent service from everyone we came in contact with at Johnson & Sons Flooring. Vincent in sales was especially helpful in finding the wood flooring that we liked, and at a fair price. Delivery and installation for 4 rooms was on time and very professional. Based on our experience, we're happy to recommend this company and their staff.
This was our second time dealing with Nelson and he was super awesome. He was Professional and really knowledgeable about the products. We purchased kitchen cabinets and are super excited about them ,granite countertops and now LVP flooring. They also a wide variety and plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend Johnson and sons flooring for all flooring needs!
Our initial visit was a very valuable experience. Nelson was wonderful at explaining the different carpet and pad options and allowed us to bring home samples for our color choice. We had our carpet measured (in 5 minutes, excellent). We went back for our appointment to discuss price and ask questions. Nelson is exceptional at his profession. He treated us with kindness and respect during the entire experience. Had not for Nelson, we may have chosen our project with a different retailer. He is an asset to his team!
