Professional cleaners, but disappointing alteration service. I took a pair of trousers in to be shortened, but when I collected them, they were still far too long. I went back and was told I could return with the trousers free of charge so that the lady in charge could measure them properly and have them shortened again. I left work three times trying to see her, and on the fourth visit I was told that I should not have been told there would be no extra charge and that I would have to pay again, which means that I would end ... read more
