a friend at work told me about this institute and bragged about her great experience and now as a patient myself, I can definitely confirm the kindness, patience and knowledge. the front desk was nice, the insurance lady was also able to answer all my questions with details and I like the fact that they send out reminders for appointment. they make the process easy and simply for you. highly recommend

This is the only office I trust with my knee pain and treatment plan. Recommend
The woman that is in the front desk today, Monday September 23rd is wonderful, her service is amazing. The one that is there in the evenings is not so nice. Eveyone in the waiting area was also saying the same thing so I know it wasn't only me. I understand everyone has bad days but if you work with the public, you need to do better.
The gel seems to last and I am able to get in and out of my bathtub and to me thats progress. Prompt service! The wait time is absolutely wonderful.
My hubby gets good relief while getting the gel but struggles in the 6 month gap.
