Empathetic staff, I get both my knees and shoulders done here and the staff is knowledgable
The provider I see is just so comforting and assuring. Excellent bedside manner! The pain I g through with my knees is no joke and they dont treat it like one. They talk to you in a way you understand and they actually care about how you are feeling.
I feel like dancing after my first appointment. The people are wonderful here and painless

I have had a wonderful experience. I am getting 5 treatments. Today is number 2. Every week, my knees feel better and better. I am amazed how much better and less the pain in my knees. This was a smart move, on my part coming here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and wonderful.Never have to wait even if I come in early
******* answered all my questions and hoping the treatment lasts the 6 months or more. Finally called and made my appointment..there are two other drs that told me I needed knee replacement but came here for a different approach.
I am very happy to have visited Joint Institute. My first appointment wasn't too great because I had a really long wait time but the staff apologized and made up for it by taking me on time on my next appointments. Glad my cousin referred me!!Just please clean the floor by the coffee station.
