Interpersonal skills and overall staff personality was awesome to see. We got a folder to take home where we found so much great info to read over. Another thing that I loved was the technology they had in the room to see EXACTLY where the medication was being placed. Also, the room was sanitized before we came in and that is HIGHLY appreciated. I dont need anybodys germs.
From the minute I walked in to the Institute everyone was so nice. Once I got taken back to the procedure room they were on my insurance but they made sure to check on me to see if I needed any water while we waited. So kind of them.
It was a fun and positive experience. I found them on ******** and thought I'd give it a try.They have a good attitude and good sense of humor while still taking care of you
The assistant at my appointment today was excellent. The ** was painless and and lots of knowledge.
