Man listen I went to Jokers audio for a upgrade they had speakers I never heard of so I took a chance a got them, mind you I loved my L7s and the place I got them from was great, so I dealt with Mustafa here at Jokers he kept telling me those L7s are nothing compared to his Dd700s so I let them install them (read the whole story now) I let them install the Dd700s I did not like them at 1st I even told Mustafa give me the L7s back I went up there the next day put the L7s back in my truck and Mustafa kept telling me I have to ... read more

the best customer service i have ever gotten they were talking longer than usual so the upgraded the speaker I bought to a better one. The prices were competive and the staff is very skilled in what they do 10/10 recomend shopping with jokers audio

There inventory is a little more high end than what I was looking for for my 17 year old Toyota with 250K miles. However they did have a basic unit that was exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. The installation was done well. My only complaint is that it seemed to take longer than it should have IMO. However in their defense they were extremely busy that day. Very friendly staff. All in all a pretty enjoyable experience

I genuinely feel like these guys could read minds the way the knew exactly what I wanted and set my truck up beautifully. Easily exceeded all my expectations. I want to buy more cars just to get them to customize them!

Best customer service hands down I’ve ever experienced. Great products, great installation. Great over experience. The staff is so knowledgeable with the products and services. And the management is top tier. Would 10/10 recommend for your every car need.
