We have bought several homes over the last 15 years and this was the least amount of headache and time from start to finish we have spent doing so. Hopefully we are done buying but if we have to do it again we will definitely go this route!

Jon was great to work with. He provided us with information immediately any anytime there were updates in the process, he got with us promptly to go over the details. He was always available and answered all the questions we continued to come up with. From the start of the loan process to the closing paperwork, he was practically spot on with all the numbers that were involved. Jon did an excellent job for us… he explained the entire process in detail and answered, and sometimes re-answered questions for both myself and my husband until we understood all the details. He was patient and responded quickly, kept us informed of all the steps and really just made this an easy process considering how stressful home buying can be. Also he worked closely with our realtor so we were all on the same page. I would highly recommend Jon!
