We were transferred to Jonas when our loan was switched from conventional to a renovation loan. Jonas stuck with us through a long process. He used a variety of methods to communicate (text, email, and phone), which was extremely beneficial. We appreciated his patience and commitment to close the loan.

Jonas and his team were great to work with from start to finish when we were buying our home. Jonas took the time to explain things in a way we would understand. If we had a question he was quick to answer. Communication was key during this process. We would definitely recommend his team to family, friends and coworkers who are looking for assistance with a mortage.

My husband and I were in a situation where we had to be out of our current home and in a new home in a few short months. We found Jonas and he was absolutely amazing and helpful! As a 1st time home buyer I had TONS of questions. Jonas helped every step of the way (even when I would randomly call him in a slight panic about a financial question, ha). Jonas was beyond helpful and patient in guiding me through the financial process during my home purchase. He is, without a doubt, a great person to help you through any home purchase.
