Very thorough exam and follow up treatment (gel injection)
Dr. Main is an excellent dr. He is knowledgeable, competent, caring and compassionate. My only complaint about Comprehensive Orthopedics is that the wait time is sometimes excessive. I guess that just means they are very popular and in demand but it can get frustrating for a patient.
Dr. Main is the best. He is a very friendly, understanding, compassionate, very knowledgeable, caring physician. I have recommended him to many family and friends and they all have been very pleased with him. There are not enough words to describe what a unique person he is. He never disappoints.

Outstanding care and treatment! EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was fantastic from the office visits to the actual surgery! Dr. Main, Amber, and Alana are the absolute best! They make an excellent team which translates to excellent care!
Dr. Main was wonderful. I have seen him for over 5 years because of my knees and the pain. It was finally time to have my left replaced. He took the time to explain everything and answer and questions that I had. His PA, Amber is amazing! I have suggested that at least 3 people should see them for a second opinion when they had knee issues.
Dr. Main did a great job with my teenager daughter. He made us very comfortable and took the time to explain everything to us.
Dr. Main did my first TKR around 4 years ago and he will be doing my other knee this year. I have complete faith in his abilities. Dr Main’s staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist in whatever needs there may be. If you are in pain or considering a knee replacement, consider Dr. Main
