Jonathan Edmund is an excellent realtor. He responded to inquiries promptly and provided honest and accurate information. He negotiated a good price for the property in which we were interested, and I would recommend him. I will definitely contact him in the future if I am ever purchasing/selling property in Myrtle Beach again.

A friend of ours is also looking to relocate to Horry County, we recommended Jonathan. When Jonathan was showing homes to our friends he asked us to take a ride with our friends. Jonathan brought us to a beautiful community. We fell in love with a home design and bought another home from Jonathan and we were not looking for a property! Johnathan is very professional and knowledgeable. I had some problems with my lender along the way but with Johnathan's network of lenders I was able to change lenders and complete the purchase with no problems. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and found Johnathan to be one of the best Realtors I have had the pleasure to work with. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and found property fitting those criterias. We worked with him long distance prior to meeting face to face. He kept in touch over the months and when we sold our home in Florida and were ready to start looking in the Myrtle Beach , SC area Jonathan was ready to assist. Jonathan is absolutely amazing at his job as a realtor. He truly is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is especially a huge help if you are first time home buyer like we were. Drove 9 hours for an appointment to discuss selling our property. Jonathan set the date and time, he never showed, never called. When I called his office said they would find out where he was and the office never called either. Very poor business practices.
