Jonathan was kind and informative, but it was difficult to make contact, to the point that I would always call my realtor first. The fees were high. It took longer than 30 days to close, even though we were very clear about the time constraints set by the seller. I made changes to the paperwork which slowed things down, but that could have been avoided if Jonathan had been able to estimate the significant change in closing costs. It wasn't a bad experience but I likely won't recommend Churchill.
