I met Dr Levy through many recommendations from other doctors and through my own experiences with the Paley Institute. I am 67 and both shoulders are bone on bone. I’m sure my 26 years in the Marines played a great part in my many orthopedic conditions, cervical and lumbar issues since 1989, a knee replacement a year ago, and a wrist fusion 5 months ago. Dr. Levy fixed my frozen should completely when I was I such pain. I now have an issue with my other shoulder which he is treating with cortisone shots and if that doesn’t work will do orthoscopic surgery. He Explained everything. I wouldn’t let any other doctor do surgery on me for other than Dr Levy.

Staff made me very comfortable and Dr. Levy explained and showed me both on the MRI and a model of a shoulder exactly where the tear was. He told me my options and answered all my questions. I explained that I had seen another doctor and really wanted a second opinion. He totally agreed with first doctor and said whichever Ichose I would be in good hands. I was very impressed with Dr. Levy and walked out feeling very positive about my experience.

Two years after a successful right shoulder replacement i was remembered and treated like a friend. Dr Levy is resourceful, thoughtful, with a reassuring "bedside manner", and imminently competent. Sara Blum, his assistant, is likewise a pleasure. Good to have reliable resources like them. Will go ahead with the left shoulder ... they can only make it better.

Dr. Levy is caring and his skills are amazing! He did a reverse shoulder replacement 3 years ago after I had an accident. I have regained my mobility, he saved my arm. His team, office staff and in particular Sara are aces.

The office visit was handled with courtesy and professionalism. I was interviewed by Heather first, who was thorough with her questioning of my history and very personable. She made me feel quite comfortable.. Next, I was seen by Katrina, a PA, who showed me the MRI of my shoulder and explained in depth what the problem is in terms I could understand. Dr. Levy is my only go-to doctor for any shoulder issues I have. I've spent over 50 years in martial arts and all the punishment those years can dish out. Eleven years ago Dr. Levy performed shoulder surgery on me and gave me back the shoulder of a 25 year old and that shoulder is still going strong. I recently saw him for a minor issue after I aggravated my shoulder with weight lifting. He evaluated my issue carefully and completely and was very reassuring. Very grateful that we have him in this area.
