Just how amazing the procedure was. A very coordinated office and procedure area. Well taken care of with staff extremely helpful and kind. Dr Ramin was thorough and maintained continued care through post-op procedure.
This was my first RF ablation with this doctor. Could not have gone better. Polite, knowledgeable, patient and friendly and informative.
Dr. Ramin was great. However, the wait in the Valencia Surgery center was over an hour! I'm thinking they over book.
Dr. Jonathan Ramin gave me a shot in my spine to relieve pain around a pinched nerve. I had opted not to meet him ahead of time, so we met a few minutes before the procedure. The staff and service are excellent. Their follow up and check in post procedures are better than I’ve ever experienced before with the medical professional.
Dr Ramin appointments were always prompt, on time, never had to wait in the front office. He was kind, patient, confident in his opinion, truly fantastic. I wouldn't hesistate in choosing him again as my pain management doctor. I feel comfortable saying he is the best pain management Doctor in Santa Clarita Valley.
From the front desk to the nurse in recovery, every person I encountered in Dr. Ramin’s office was friendly, comforting, funny and concerned. If bedside manner is a class you can take, they all took it and got a 4.0. They were also careful to discuss and confirm, multiple times, my choice to only receive a local anesthetic for the procedure and made it clear I could change my mind at anytime prior to going into the procedural room. I greatly appreciated this (along with the warm blankets).
